Each Team is supported by a Team Leader who in turn is supported by an Area Manager. Sector Managers work closely with Area Managers to ensure quality service supports are delivered.
Our Senior Management Team is accountable to the Board of Directors via the Director of Service and national Chief Executive. It ensures strong governance and service quality across the region. This team includes the Regional Director of Services, Sector Managers, and Clinical & Functional Heads of Department.
