West
Corlann West provides a range of services to adults and children with an intellectual disability throughout counties Galway and Roscommon as well as therapeutic supports to children with a complex presentation arising from a disability via the Children’s Disability Network Team (CDNT).
What we do
Our Service provision includes educational opportunities, day programmes, residential and respite options, family support, and a range of multidisciplinary assistance. Individuals who live independently are also offered tailored supports to enhance their quality of life.
We are committed to delivering a rights-based model of care in line with the Assisted Decision-Making (Capacity) Act (2015). Our work is funded through a Service Level Agreement (SLA) with the HSE, ensuring that people receive person-centred support that respects choice, independence, and dignity.
